I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and I must say, it was quite luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was very close to the airport. It made my early morning departure a breeze. The hotel had great amenities, such as a swimming pool that I enjoyed taking a dip in. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasurable stay. Their excellent customer service truly made a difference.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It offered valuable services and amenities, making my stay enjoyable and stress-free.

Staffs are gentle and helpful. Pick up us from airport on time and for free. The hotel is quiet,most of time we feel there was only us living in there which makes the swimming pool was totally excessive. Very clean room and comfortable bed.

You have to take tutu or other public transportation to go almost anywhere of the city. Sometimes it takes you minutes burning in the sun to get one car to go. No Thai restaurants around and the hotel has no lunch or dinner to servant. It is even closer to the airport than the old city or night market. Still the price is slightly higher consider of the average price in Chiangmai. If you dont like to get into the city life just want a quiet place to stay this hotel would be your best choice.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was very close to the airport and provided easy transportation options. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast provided each morning was also a great perk.

Baan u Sabai Boutique house is a nice small hotel built in the traditional Thai style with lot's of teak. When you arrive you have to take of your shoes and you are provided with crocs to walk around the premises. Although it's near the airport it's not that noisy. The rooms are spacious and are very clean. Even though the hotel is not in the center getting transport by songthaew or tuk-tuk is not a problem.

The breakfast choices are limited (you have to choose the day before what you want). The quality of the breakfast is ok.

A very nice stay also if they change us to a different room "because the shower is broken" they said ...but the room we reserved at teh beginning it was always occupaited/full with guest .... they have no room free than the "broken shower" it was just an excuse to move to a different room....... The new room was very nice the person at the desk was nice and we accept to change ..hotel was very nice Very clean a we had a good stay ..we go back again

Lanna style building. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Big rooms Pool just outside balcony. Close to airport. Easy to call taxi. Local market nearby

There was nothing I didn't like.

Definitely one of the most amazing parts of the holiday. The hotel is full of surprises. Rooms are beautifully decorated in Thai style. Staff is helpful. The pool is nice and opens from 8am till 10pm.

Far away from city center

This place is a masterpiece in traditional Thai teak architecture, the whole house built with that material. Its rooms beautifully arranged alongside the pool, which is also very beautifully made and has bubble jets at one end. the place is quite quiet and its relaxing. car service to airport also excellent. The place is very new and still has few guests; i hope it will survive cos its really worth it!

it is a bit off the city centre, on the way to the airport. so calculate just a few more baths for tuk-tuks.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to get to and from your flights. It's also close to a market with good food options. The rooms are nicely decorated and have balconies with pool views. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options are sometimes limited and not always fresh.

This hotel is quite close to the airport and also near the one shopping mall,but not in the city center. Luckily, this city is not too big, you can go anywhere easily.

The building, the room and the pool are all great. The staff are really helpful but not at all pushy in any way, they're just there when needed. The surroundings of the place are not that nice but they manage to create an atmosphere that makes you forget that, which means you can unwind if that is what you want. The centre is easily available even on foot.

Had a great New Year's experience at this authentic Thai guesthouse. The staff was considerate, providing us with an early check-in and airport pick-up service. The room was clean with a private balcony overlooking a beautiful pool area. We enjoyed the traditional Thai decoration of the guesthouse and the helpfulness of the friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was not the best, as we had to take transportation to get to the city center. The breakfast had to be pre-selected from a limited menu and was not very tasty, except for the fruit salad.

The hotel provide free transfer to airport, since we had to caught an early flight before the designated driver came for work, the hotel owner drive us to the airport personally. Also, they make the effort to look for detailed information for us when we asked for local attraction, great service! The room is clean n the bed is very comfortable.

The location might not be the best for those fun seeking guest since it located a bit out of the city, there is a new shopping mall within 5 mins walking distance though.
